Being Content

Being Content

Being Content

Child, My Beloved Child,
There are times,
When you feel,
You can not,
Go on;
When it seems,
As if life is
Never going to be smooth,
Or calm,
Or quiet.
When in truth,
One thing after another,
Comes against you.
Or even, Child,
When many good things happen.
(All at once)
Being Content

Child, My Beloved Child,
There are times,
When you feel,
You can not,
Go on;
When it seems,
As if life is
Never going to be smooth,
Or calm,
Or quiet.
When in truth,
One thing after another,
Comes against you.
Or even, Child,
When many good things happen.
(All at once)

But know this,
My beloved One,
I AM with YOU.

In the good times,
The bad times,
And the in-between times, I Am with YOU.

The secret to being content,
My Beloved One,
Is to relax in Me,
My provision,
My presence with you
No matter what is
Going on.

Child,
I am at all times
Present with you.
In the best of times,
In the worst of times,
I AM with YOU.

The secret to being content,
Is to come,
Continue to come,
And never cease to come,
Unto Me.
And Child, there is no shame
In needing to admit
to another
That you need help
Getting there.

Child, contentment is found
In relationship
First with Me
Then others.

Beloved One, I feel your pain,
Cherish your tears.
When you realize
How precious you are
to Me
No matter what,
Then you will be content.
